Kourtney Layton & Associates is different because we can provide combined Loss of Earning Capacity (LOEC) and Life Care Planning (LCP) reports. Our goal is to provide an accurate and objective report regardless of the referral source (Plaintiff or Defense).
Reports covering stand-alone topics such as future medical needs, reasonableness of past costs/billing, rebuttal reports and/or loss of future earnings are also available.

Earning Capacity Assessment Reports
Kourtney Layton & Associates has more than 15 years of experience in evaluating earning capacity in family law cases.
We specialize in identifying earning capacity for individuals involved in divorce proceedings, court testimony, critiquing reports of other experts and evaluating earning capacity for self-employed individuals.
Although we practice primarily in Utah, Idaho and Nevada, Kourtney Layton has been accepted in other courts across the nation.

Vocational Rehabilitation
Vocational rehabilitation refers to the services geared toward people who have physical disabilities or mental health issues that affect their chances of getting and keeping jobs. This includes counseling them about the job interview process and teaching skills necessary for obtaining and/or maintaining gainful employment. Services may include vocational assessments and testing, counseling and plan development, resume assistance, coordination of assistive technology and accommodations, assistance with job seeking skills, job placement and development, job site analyses, return-to-work intervention, etc.
